If for any reason you are not happy with your service, please contact us within seven days, and we will gladly redo the service at no additional charge. Cancellation Policy

We completely understand that plans can change. To respect everyone's time, we kindly ask for at least 5 hours' notice for any changes or cancellations.

• All facials

Here's how it works:

• Cancel or reschedule 5+ hours before your appointment - No charge.
• Cancel within 5 hours - 50% of the service price
• No-shows - 100% of the service price
