If for any reason you are not happy with your service, please contact us within seven days, and we will gladly redo the service at no additional charge. Cancellation Policy

We kindly request a minimum of 5 hours’ notice for cancellations of hair, lash, and facial appointments to allow us to accommodate other clients. Cancellations made within 5 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the service price. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
