Refund Policy

At Broadway Nails & Lashes, we strive to provide the best quality services to all our clients. While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your service, please contact us within seven days, and we will gladly redo the service at no additional charge. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to ensure you leave feeling confident and happy with your experience.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly request a minimum of 5 hours’ notice for cancellations of hair, lash, and facial appointments to allow us to accommodate other clients. Cancellations made within 5 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the service price. No-shows will be charged the full service amount. This policy helps us maintain exceptional service standards and respect the time of all our clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
